CFP Filter is a kind of precision clarifying filtration equipment featuring high efficiency, energy saving and closed-form operation. It is designed with unique structure, small size, high filtering efficiency and transparent filtrate, featuring no material loss, no consumption of filter paper, filter cloth or filter element, and only small consumption of filter aid. It is therefore characterized by low filtration cost as well as easy operation, maintenance and cleaning. It applies to solid-liquid separation or clarifying filtration in many fields such as seasoning, liquor, grease, chemical engineering, pharmacy and beverage.

CFP filter screen is totally made of stainless steel. The whole filtration process is carried out in a closed container. After filtration is completed, automatic discharge can be realized.

CFP filter is a dual-area filter, the filtration area from 2 to 200 m2 for users to choose from. Material for closed containers can be customized carbon steel or stainless steel as the filtration process requirements.
 

The main structure

CFP Filter is composed of housing, filter screens lifting device, auto discharing device, etc., in which the screens are made of multilayer stainless steel wire mesh installed on the central liquid tube, easy disassembly and cleaning. If it is as a liquid clarification or decolorization filtration, in the filtration process, we need to use diatomite filter aid. We need to increase diatomite mixing tanks as a precoating and the corresponding corresponding circulation pipeline and diaphragm-type metering pump, electrical system to measure and add diatomite.

When the CFP closed-plate filter completes the filtering work, it is necessary to first use a pump to send the filtrate to the filter through the liquid inlet pipe and fill it. Under the effect of pressure, the solid impurities in the filtrate are trapped by the filter screen and filtered. A filter cake is formed on the net, and the filtrate passes through the filter through the filter and enters the outlet pipe to flow out of the tank, so as to obtain a clear filtrate. With the increase of the filtration time, more and more solid impurities are trapped on the filter screen, which makes the thickness of the filter cake continuously increase, which increases the filtration resistance and the pressure in the tank. When the pressure reaches the value, it is necessary to discharge the slag, stop inputting the filtrate to the irrigation and blow the compressed air into the tank through the overflow pipe, hydraulically filter the tank into other containers, and blow dry the filter cake. Close the compressed air, open the butterfly valve, start the vibrator, make the filter screen vibrate, shake off the filter cake on the filter screen and discharge through the slag discharge port under the tank.

When the CFP closed-plate filter is used as a clarifying filter for liquids, a stainless steel filter sheet is used to support and adsorb filter aids such as diatomaceous earth in the sealed case of the filter tank. After the filter aid is mixed with the material in the mixing tank, it is circulated by a pump to make a stable filter cake layer on the filter sheet, that is, diatomite pre-coating. After the pre-coating is completed, the filtration starts. The small filter aid particles can provide countless fine channels, trap suspended debris, and only the clear liquid passes. During the filtration process, continuous addition of filter aids such as diatomaceous earth to A new filter layer is formed so that the filter cake will not be blocked, so that the material will be substantially filtered through the filter cake layer to remove impurities, flow into the inner cavity of the filter screen, and then flow out the clear liquid through the liquid outlet pipe. In addition, if decolorization is required during filtration, a proportion of activated carbon needs to be added.
